These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Green Box Cricket Academy, including our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).Green Box Cricket Academy is operated under Vijay The Sports Foundation. By using our Services — including booking a slot, purchasing a membership, or registering for a tournament — you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use our Services independently. Users under 18 may use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account & Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your profile as needed.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Slot Bookings
- Slots are 90 minutes in duration and priced at ₹699 (subject to change; the price shown at the time of booking applies).
- A booking is confirmed only after successful online payment through our platform.
- Please arrive on time — slots run back-to-back and cannot be extended into the next booking.
- Cancellations and refunds for bookings are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Green Box Cricket Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, maintenance, or operational requirements. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Memberships
- Each user may hold one active membership at a time; memberships do not stack or overlap.
- Membership benefits (including discounts, priority booking, and exclusive access) apply for the plan’s validity period and take effect immediately upon purchase.
- Memberships can be renewed at any time before or after expiry.
- A membership does not guarantee slot availability at any specific date or time.
- Membership fees and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy.
Tournaments
- Tournament registration is subject to capacity limits and the specific rules published for each event.
- Entry fees, team size requirements, and eligibility criteria are specified on each tournament’s detail page.
- The organisers’ decisions on scheduling, eligibility, match results, and disciplinary matters are final.
- Tournament cancellation and refund policies follow the terms published for each event and our general Refund Policy.
Conduct & Safety
All players and visitors use the ground and facilities at their own risk. By using our Services, you agree to:
- Follow all ground rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions at the venue.
- Treat staff, coaches, and fellow players with respect and sportsmanship.
- Not engage in any behaviour that is unsafe, abusive, threatening, or disruptive.
- Take responsibility for any personal belongings brought to the venue.
We reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, or revoke membership for any individual who violates these conduct standards, without refund.
Payments & Billing
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We do not store your card or banking details. Payment security is managed entirely by our payment partner.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and app — including logos, text, images, graphics, designs, and software — is the property of Green Box Cricket Academy and Vijay The Sports Foundation, or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green Box Cricket Academy and Vijay The Sports Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our Services. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
