How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Via the Mobile App (Preferred)
The fastest and most direct way to delete your account is through the Green Box Sports mobile application:
- Open the Green Box Sports app and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your Profile or Account Settings.
- Select the Delete Account option and follow the on-screen prompts.
Method 2: Contact Support
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team directly. Please send an email to support@greenboxsports.co.in containing the following details:
- Full Name: The name registered on your account
- Registered Email: The email address associated with your account
- Registered Mobile Number: The phone number linked to your profile
Note: We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification and processing of your request, the following information will be permanently deleted from our active systems:
- User Profile and Personal Information
- Membership Details
- Ground Bookings
- Tournament Registrations
- System Notifications
- Login Information
- Uploaded Profile Image
Data That May Be Retained
For compliance with legal, tax, and accounting regulations, we may retain specific transactional data:
- Payment Records
- Transaction History
- Tax related records
This information is retained for up to 90 days or only as long as legally required. It will not be used for marketing or any other operational purpose.
Processing Time
- Acknowledgement: Your request will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
- Deletion: Account deletion will be completed within 7 working days.

Can I recover my account?
No. Once your account is deleted, the action is permanent. You cannot recover your profile, past bookings, or any other data.
What happens to my active bookings?
Any upcoming ground bookings associated with your account will be cancelled. Please ensure you have resolved any pending activities before requesting deletion.
What happens to my memberships?
Active memberships will be terminated immediately upon account deletion without any proportional refunds, unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
Can I create a new account later?
Yes, you can create a new account in the future using the same email or phone number. However, none of your previous history or data will be restored.
